Social Media Marketing

The Black Leaf Tea & Culture Shop is searching for an intern to assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns with the objective to optimize for revenue along with awareness. The Social Media Assistant will have a variety of responsibilities and will gain experience in social media and e-commerce optimization, content creation, analytics and audience review, and marketing strategy. This is a hybrid position.

Primary Responsibilities:

·      Create and develop marketing campaigns

·      Review analytics of Shopify, Instagram, Google Ads, and Facebook

·      Content creation and scheduling

·      Copy writing

·      Create and present impact reports

Qualifications:

·      Must be full time student or working towards a degree

·      Able to commit to full 3-month term

·      Be available for 18 hours/ week 

·      Experienced in optimizing Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Twitter

·      Comfortable with Canva, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office

·      General knowledge of Search Engine Optimization and internet ranking for web content

·      Ability to work alongside a diverse team to execute campaign goals

·      Detail oriented

·      Excellent visual presentation and communication skills

·      Data and results driven

·      Ability to be proactive
