Associate

New Markets Advisors is seeking a smart, driven, self-starting Associate for an exciting opportunity in Boston's financial district. We are a boutique innovation and strategy consulting firm that empowers companies to compete differently. We develop growth strategies for fast-moving markets, build innovation capabilities that turn ideas into breakthrough products and services, and are one of a very small number of experts in driving understanding of markets and customers through "Jobs to be Done" customer research. The Associate will be expected to play a variety of roles in researching potential markets, developing comprehensive notes of customers interviews for future products and services, and extracting key insights from research and transforming them into innovative ideas. Additional responsibilities may include marketing efforts, such as prospect identification and customer-facing marketing material development.
